Letters to Burn - Fireflies     I stand in front of the mirror. I am still.
     I don't see anything amazing - I'm just a seventeen-year-old girl with honey-colored hair barely cascading over her mature breasts. I am just a teenager with honey-colored skin and honey-colored eyes, with a hint of green around her pupils. I am told I am sweet as honey and Mom calls out, "Honey, it's time for bed."

     Art Matters class at 9 a.m. today.
     Loving him makes me free. Riding in his pickup truck down the dusty road of Don's ranch, I look at him and can't help smiling. He looks cute in his PBR cap, and his blue eyes fixated on the horizon pull me in, his lips attract me and I desire him; all the time, I want him. And I have him. A rush of glee gives me goosebumps. I am drawn to him...so this is what I draw.
